How long does a conch piercing take to heal?
Expect 3–12 months. Clean it with sterile saline twice a day and otherwise leave it alone.
Full aftercare guide- Skip in-ear earbuds on that side while it heals.
- Avoid sleeping on it; a donut pillow helps a lot.
- Plan on a post downsize around 2–3 months, once the initial swelling has fully settled — a shorter post stops the jewelry from catching and tilting.
